Inspired by the Telharmonium, one of the earliest electronic instruments (designed by Thaddeus Cahill in 1897), and reduced to a 12 ounce, 14 HP Eurorack module courtesy Tome Erbe at Make Noise, this diminutive, but fluently noisy module is a worthy addition to my Buchla boat (via the recently introduced Eurorack adaptor). Available from CONTROL, the only electronic music store/hub that matters. BTW, the original weighed between 7 and 200 tons in its two incarnations, and certainly brings to mind the existential dilemma of the first reptiles, the dinosaurs.
